Dr. Abdul Wahab is a microbiologist with a Ph.D. in Microbiology from COMSATS University Islamabad, an M.Phil. in Microbiology from Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad, and a BS in Microbiology from Government College University, Lahore. He has over 5 years of teaching experience as a Lecturer in the Higher Education Department, Punjab. He also served as a research associated on an HEC-funded National Research Program for Universities (NRPU) project focused on the formulation of biofertilizers for the reclamation of heavy metal-contaminated soils. His research expertise includes environmental microbiology, nanobiotechnology, microbial biotechnology, soil microbiology, plant–microbe interactions, bioremediation. He is committed to advancing microbiological research, delivering high-quality education through teaching, research, and academic mentorship.
