General Principles

Reserved quota applicants must fulfill minimum eligibility criteria.

Unfilled reserved seats may be converted to open merit seats.

Online Application

Applicants apply online through the official UOR admission portal.

Multiple Applications

Applicants may apply to more than one program, subject to eligibility.

Merit Lists

Displayed on departmental notice boards and the official admission portal.

Admission Confirmation

Selected candidates appear before the Admission Committee, present original documents, submit attested copies, and deposit admission dues within the stipulated time.

Failure to Deposit Fee

Failure to deposit dues within the prescribed timelines results in automatic cancellation of admission.

Grievance, Committees & Integrity

Admission Grievance Redressal

Applicants may file admission grievances within two working days of the merit list display.
The grievance is submitted to the relevant Faculty Dean along with supporting documents.
The decision of the University shall be final.

Policy Interpretation

In case of ambiguity in the interpretation of any clause of this policy, the interpretation of the University shall prevail.
The decision of the Vice Chancellor shall be final.

Verification of documents

Fraud & Misrepresentation

Any candidate found involved in:

• Forgery
• Misrepresentation
• Concealment of facts
• Submission of fake documents

Shall face:

• Immediate cancellation of admission
• Disciplinary action
• Legal proceedings where applicable
