The portal enables meaningful public participation in governance, policy development, innovative ideas, and constructive feedback. Designed to strengthen citizen-centric governance, it goes beyond a conventional complaint mechanism by promoting inclusive civic engagement and sustained dialogue on provincial development.
It empowers citizens, particularly the youth, to actively contribute ideas and recommendations that can inform decision-making processes and help shape future provincial policies, programs, and public service delivery across Punjab.
Citizens can submit their ideas, suggestions, feedback, and proposals directly to the Chief Minister’s Office through the official portal, without the need for intermediaries.
The portal especially encourages participation from young residents, reflecting the province’s focus on empowering youth in public governance and decision-making.
Open to all Punjab residents, including students, professionals, business owners, and even Punjab-origin overseas Pakistanis, the platform is designed to receive ideas and feedback from diverse demographic groups.
Upon submission, users receive a unique tracking ID, allowing them to monitor the status and progress of their submission through the portal’s tracking feature.
