Engr. Asif Rehman is an Instructor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at the University of Rasul, Mandi Bahauddin, Pakistan. He holds an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Gujrat and a B.E. in Electrical Engineering with specialization in Electronics from Hajvery University, Lahore. He has extensive experience in electrical engineering education, vocational training, laboratory instruction, technical project supervision, and engineering applications. He began his teaching career at the Faran Institute of Technology and also worked at Pakistan Aeronautical Complex (PAC), Kamra, in the Technology Department, where he contributed to harness design for the Super Mushak aircraft and received an appreciation letter for his technical contribution. His academic and research interests include power electronics, DC-DC converters, renewable energy, photovoltaic (PV) systems, and electrical engineering education. His M.S. research focused on an integrated interleaved boost LLC resonant DC-DC converter with a voltage-quadruplet rectifier for photovoltaic power systems, reflecting his interest in developing efficient power-conversion technologies for renewable energy applications.
